Bon Appetito!

Let's talk about the food of Rome, First think Artichokes, they offer so many exciting dishes combining artichokes with pasta, anti-pastas, fish, chicken, etc. My favorite was a white artichoke sauce with a sauteed chicken. I thoroughly enjoyed the Italian wines, (of course, I have this theory that you should always be able to find a good bottle of red wine for $5!) In Rome I had to up the ante, prices are a bit higher. We dined at one fun restaurant near the Trevi Fountain, "Le Archetta", famous for over 100 different types of Pasta. Reservations are always recommended as it is a small neighborhood eatery.
